NASHVILLE, Tenn. - A plaintiff who failed to provide evidence she ever took a bisphosphonate drug, and another who couldn't show that she took enough of the drug for it to cause injury, cannot proceed with claims that they face an increased risk of developing a disfiguring jaw bone disease, a federal judge ruled. In re Aredia and Zometa Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 1760 (M.D. Tenn.).
