There is a remote participation option for this event. The registration rate is the same as in-person attendance. While CLE credit is not available to virtual attendees from HarrisMartin, we are happy to provide you with a certificate of attendance if you wish to seek credit on your own for your participation in the event. Those wishing to attend virtually can select "Virtual" when registering. To reserve a room at the HarrisMartin discounted rate of $175 per night for a single or double, please call the hotel at (716) 493-2610 and identify yourself as an attendee to this HarrisMartin conference or book your room online here. To guarantee availability and the special rate, reservations must be made by June 5, 2024. After that date, our reserved room block is released for general sale and rates and availability cannot be guaranteed.

Registration fee of $895 includes admission to all sessions, all course materials, and CLE Credit in up to (2) states.

Registrants who provide notice of cancellation before 5 p.m. EST on Tuesday, May 28, 2024 (one month prior to conference) will receive a full refund. Those canceling after 5 p.m. EST on Tuesday, May 28, 2024, and up to 5 p.m. EST on Thursday, June 20, 2024 (one week prior to the conference) will receive a credit, minus a $100 administration fee, toward a future HarrisMartin Publishing conference or publication.

Cancellations received after 5 p.m. EST on Thursday, June 20, 2024 (one week prior to the conference) are subject to a 50 percent administrative fee. The balance may be applied as a credit toward a future conference or publication subscription. Registrants who cancel after 9 a.m. on Tuesday, June 25, 2024 (48 hours before the conference) and registrants who have paid for the conference but do not attend without giving prior notice of cancellation forfeit a refund or credit. All credits must be used within 12 months of the date they are issued. Note: Substitutions may be made at any time.

If this event is cancelled or converted to virtual proceedings by HarrisMartin for COVID-19-related reasons, your registration will be moved to either a rescheduled date or to the online proceedings. If you cannot attend on the rescheduled date or choose not to attend the event virtually, you will receive a credit to be used toward a future HarrisMartin event and/or publication subscription. No refunds will be issued in the event of a COVID-19-related cancellation.
