Physicians Who Prescribed OxyContin Could Be Found Liable for Injuries, Judge Remands Case




GREENVILLE, Miss. - Seven Mississippi plaintiffs who claim their use of OxyContin caused them to sustain a number of injuries, including addiction, can pursue medical negligence claims against their prescribing physicians, a federal judge ruled in remanding the case to state court.
