NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J. - A New Jersey district court has set a loose schedule of events for its consolidated Rezulin litigation following a recent case management conference, ruling that the trial will commence within one month following the close of a three-month discovery period. In Re: Rezulin Litigation, Case Code 246 (N.J. Super. Ct., Middlesex Cty.).
Judge Marina Corodemus' Jan. 17 case management order stated that all cases under the consolidated Rezulin litigation would be bifurcated and consolidated for the purpose of conducting a liability trial.
