JACKSON, Miss. -- Benzene defendants have filed a reply in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi in support of their summary judgment motion, claiming that the plaintiffs have failed to address why a prior benzene decision should not govern the instant claims. Fowler, et al. v. First Chemical Corp., et al., No. 05-16 (S.D. Miss.).
