MERIDIAN, Miss. -- A Mississippi Circuit Court has dismissed three benzene actions without prejudice, finding that the complaints did not assert specific claims against individual defendants or provide a causal connection between the actions of the defendants and the asserted injuries. Davis v. Amerada Hess, et al., No. 2004-140(W); Smith, et al. v. Amerada Hess, et al., No. 2004-133(W); Perry v. Amerada Hess, et al., No. n/a (Miss. Cir. Ct., Clark Cty.).
