Miss. Court Dismisses 3 Lawsuits for Failure to Plead Sufficient Facts

MERIDIAN, Miss. -- A Mississippi Circuit Court has dismissed three benzene actions without prejudice, finding that the complaints did not assert specific claims against individual defendants or provide a causal connection between the actions of the defendants and the asserted injuries.
