Plaintiffs File In Limine Motions, Seek Preclusion of Compliance Testimony

LOS ANGELES -- Plaintiffs in a California benzene case have filed several in limine motions, contesting the relevancy of testimony indicating the products at issue complied with safety standards. Charles, et al. v. Gans Ink Supply Co., et al., No. BC326572 (Calif. Super. Ct., Los Angeles Cty.).

The claims of the benzene plaintiffs are set to begin trial on June 16 in the California Superior Court for Los Angeles County.
