JACKSON, Miss. -- A Mississippi circuit court has granted several benzene defendants' motions to dismiss claims asserted against them, simultaneously denying the plaintiffs' motion for relief from an order relating to the dismissals. Davis, et al. v. First Chemical Corp, et al., No. CI-2004-001-CH (Miss. Cir. Ct., Jackson Cty.).
