Boeing Company Removes Lawsuits Alleging Injury from Chemicals Used in Circuit Board Printing

SEATTLE –– The Boeing Company has removed several circuit board chemical exposure suits, saying that the plaintiffs fraudulently included an in-state company as a defendant in the action.
Boeing removed several complaints on March 27 to the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington, including Riley (No. 20-458), Ford (No. 20-), Hatleberg (No. 20-00464), and Wahl (No. 20-00467).
In the Riley removal, Boeing said that the plaintiff is a citizen of Washington, but that Boeing is a citizen of Delaware and Illinois.
