N.Y. Court Denies Burnham’s Efforts to Toss Claims in Several Asbestos Suits

NEW YORK –– A New York court has denied efforts by Burnham LLC to toss failure-to-warn, loss of consortium, and punitive damage claims asserted by asbestos plaintiffs in at least five lawsuits pending in state court, according to court orders issued recently.

The orders were issued by the New York Supreme Court for New York County on Feb. 19 in the separate cases.
