JPML Creates Federal Docket for Fairlife Milk Animal Cruelty Actions

WASHINGTON, D.C. — A federal panel has transferred all Fairlife milk products actions to an Illinois federal court for coordinated pretrial proceedings, agreeing with the parties that the actions involve common questions of fact arising from allegations of animal cruelty.

In an Oct. 2 order, the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation assigned the MDL docket to Judge Robert M. Dow Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
