CONCORD, N.H. — Two insurers are urging a New Hampshire federal judge to deny a motion to dismiss their $20 million reinsurance action against several insurers, arguing that federal jurisdiction exists, and abstention is not warranted under the _Colorado River _doctrine.

In an April 29 objection filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire, United States Fire Insurance Co. and North River Insurance Co. further argue that none of the defendant reinsurers are non-diverse.
