Endurance Opposes Cedent’s Efforts to Stay Reinsurance Action Pending Resolution of Underlying Case

NEW YORK — Endurance Assurance Corp. is resisting Florists Mutual Insurance Co.’s efforts to stay a reinsurance action pending resolution of an underlying coverage case, arguing that the sole remaining issue in the underlying litigation has no impact on the reinsurance dispute.
