NEW ORLEANS — The plaintiffs in the first two Xarelto bellwether cases that ended in defense verdicts are appealing to the 5th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals a series of orders issued by the trial court, including denial of their motions for judgment on the verdicts and motions for a new trial.
