Radiator Specialty Asks Pa. Court to Reconsider Preliminary Objections on Jurisdiction Grounds

PHILADELPHIA –– Another benzene defendant with claims pending in Pennsylvania state court has moved to reconsider earlier preliminary objections raised on personal jurisdiction grounds, saying recent U.S. Supreme Court decisions constitute an intervening change of law.

In the Sept. 14 motion to reconsider, Radiator Specialty asked the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Philadelphia County to sustain its preliminary objection on grounds that the court did not have jurisdiction over the company.
