Missouri Appellate Court Grants Motion for Extension of Time to File Brief in Appeal of $55 Million Verdict




ST. LOUIS –– A Missouri appellate court overseeing the appeal of a $55 million talcum powder verdict has granted a defense motion for extension of time to file their appellate brief until after the court hands down its opinion in the appeal of a $72 million talcum powder verdict.

In a July 27 online docket entry, the Missouri Eastern District Court of Appeals allowed the defendants until September 27 to file their brief.
