UTICA, N.Y. — A New York federal judge has denied Utica Mutual Insurance Co.’s motion to seal exhibits in support of its motion for summary judgment in a reinsurance dispute with Munich Reinsurance America Inc., finding the presumption of public access outweighs “the almost entirely conclusory assertion of attorney-client privilege and work product doctrine.”
