April Trial Date Set in New Jersey Benzene Case Involving Claims of Former U.S. Marine




CAMDEN, N.J. –– An April trial date has been scheduled for a benzene case in which a U.S. Marine Corps veteran contended that he developed AML as a result of exposure to benzene-containing products he used while serving.

An April 24 trial date has been scheduled in the New Jersey Superior Court for Camden County, according to the court’s online docket.
