NEWARK, N.J. – The parties involved in the federal multidistrict litigation docket for talcum powder claims have indicated that they have agreed on a protective order and that they are still in discussions on alternative options to a Plaintiff Fact Sheet.

The parties outlined the developments in a March 3 letter to Judges Freda L. Wolfson and Lois H. Goodman of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
