NEW ORLEANS –– Plaintiffs involved in the Pinnacle Hip Implant multidistrict litigation have responded to a supplemental authority filed in an appeal of an order denying DePuy’s motion to stay upcoming bellwether trials, saying that the MDL Court has extended deadlines several times to address DePuy’s concerns and is merely “trying to manage a docket of over 8,770 cases in the most efficient manner.”
