Del. Judge Recommends Summary Judgment for Air & Liquid, Sarco in Asbestos Case

WILMINGTON, Del. –– A magistrate judge in Delaware has recommended that the federal court overseeing an asbestos exposure grant motions for summary judgment filed by Air & Liquid Systems and Spirax Sarco Inc., finding that the plaintiffs had not established exposure to asbestos in those companies’ products.

In the Aug. 19 report and recommendation, Magistrate Judge Sherry R. Fallon of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware additionally recommended that the punitive damage claims asserted against three other defendants be dismissed as well.
