WILMINGTON, Del. –– A Delaware federal court has adopted a report and recommendation of a magistrate judge that suggested an asbestos case be remanded to state court, according to a recent order.

The U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware issued the order on July 21; in it, the court adopted a report and recommendation issued by Magistrate Judge Sherry Fallon, in which the judge concluded that there was no causal connection between “the claims and the conduct performed under color of a federal office.”
