Parties May Submit Final Briefs Relating to Completion of Discovery in Reinsurance Dispute, N.Y. Magistrate Judge Rules




SYRACUSE, N.Y. — A New York federal magistrate judge has allowed Munich Reinsurance America Inc. and Utica Mutual Insurance Co. to submit a proposal for completing fact and expert discovery and a final round of briefing of any issues relating to the completion of discovery in a dispute over the limits of liability of two facultative reinsurance certificates.
