Parties in Biomet M2A Magnum Hip Implant MDL Come to Agreement over Discovery Dispute

SOUTH BEND, Ind. –– The parties involved with the Biomet M2A Magnum Hip Implant national coordinated docket have reached agreement regarding ongoing discovery disputes, according to a recent court order.

In the April 7 order, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Indiana cancelled an upcoming hearing, noting that the counsel for both sides has represented to the court that an agreement had been reached.

In a March order, the federal court opined that while the new plaintiffs’ steering committee didn’t comply with one of the court’s case management orders, it still had time to do so.
