N.J. Judge Overseeing DePuy Pinnacle Hip System Docket Issues CMO; Says 53 Cases Remain

HACKENSACK, N.J. –– The New Jersey state court judge overseeing the coordinated DePuy Pinnacle Hip System docket has issued its thirty-seventh case management order, noting that 53 cases remain pending in the docket.

In the March 10 CMO, the New Jersey Superior Court for Bergen County noted that the next Case Management Conference is scheduled for April 28.

The court additionally noted that orders for dismissal with prejudice have been entered in 10 cases and case-specific expert proffer orders have been entered in four cases involving plaintiffs who underwent revision surgeries fewer than 180 days after the implant surgery.
