Parties in Pennsylvania Benzene Action Jointly Move to Extend Deadlines

PITTSBURGH –– A status conference is currently on the schedule for a Pennsylvania benzene case at which the court will address the fifth motion filed in 14 months to extend deadlines relating to expert depositions and discovery.

On March 15, the parties jointly asked the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania to extend the deadlines for expert depositions until June 17.
