COLUMBUS, Ga. — Claims asserted against Mentor Worldwide LLC in connection with its ObTape transvaginal mesh device are time-barred under Oklahoma’s two-year statute of limitations because the plaintiffs were on notice of their causes of action by 2006, yet failed to file suit until 2013, a Georgia federal judge has ruled.
