Defendants Oppose Motion to Remand PCBs Exposure Suit, Say They Acted Under Direction of Federal Government

ST. LOUIS –– Defendants have opposed a motion to remand a PCBs exposure lawsuit, maintaining that they were acting under “the close supervision” of the federal government when it manufactured PCBs to meet the country’s military needs and “ensure the safety of the nation’s power grid.”
