Court Addresses Scheduling of Depositions in DePuy ASR MDL

TOLEDO, Ohio - The presiding judge in the DePuy ASR Hip Implant multidistrict proceedings has assigned lead plaintiff and defense counsel the responsibility for scheduling all generic depositions of company witnesses, but said the court would continue to coordinate with state court proceedings when appropriate.
