TRENTON, N.J. - A New Jersey employee health benefit fund has filed a proposed class action against DePuy Orthopaedics and its parent company, Johnson & Johnson, alleging that they hid problems associated with the DePuy ASR hip replacement system from the public. The North Jersey Municipal Employee Benefits Fund v. DePuy Orthopaedics Inc., et al., No. 11-2264 (D. N.J.).
