San Francisco Judge Considers Petition to Coordinate DePuy Pinnacle Implant Cases

SAN FRANCISCO - The Judicial Council of California has assigned San Francisco Superior Court Judge Richard A. Kramer to consider a petition to coordinate DePuy Pinnacle hip implant cases in a separate proceeding from existing DePuy ASR implant cases, but before the same trial judge. In re: DePuy Pinnacle Hip System Cases, No. 4662 (Calif. Jud. Council).

The Judicial Council entered the assignment order on May 4 on a petition from DePpuy Pinnacle plaintiffs Sharon and Michael Gibson.
