NEW ORLEANS - A Louisiana federal judge has granted Pfizer summary judgment on Viagra injury claims, ruling that the plaintiffs failed to present medical evidence that the drug caused the alleged injuries. Ridgeway v. Pfizer Inc., No. 2:09-cv-02794 (E.D. La.).
On April 27, Judge Sarah S. Vance of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana found that the plaintiffs failed to rule out other possible causes of David Ridgeway's stroke.
