PHILADELPHIA - A class action alleging claims for off-label promotion of Neurontin has been decertified after the drug's manufacturer was awarded partial summary judgment on breach of express warranty claims and for all other claims brought by plaintiffs who suffered no injury as a result of taking the drug. Clark, et al. v. Pfizer Inc., June Term 2004 No. 1819 (Pa. Comm. Pls., Philadelphia Cty.).
