CHICAGO - An Illinois federal judge has refused to dismiss a suit brought by Swiss Reinsurance America Corp. that accuses a group of reinsurance administrators of mishandling claims in connection with two reinsurance programs. Swiss Reinsurance America Corp. v. Access General Agency of California, No. 07 C 3954 (N.D. Ill.).
