Jurors in Federal MDL Court Find for Defendants

CLEVELAND - A federal court jury reached a verdict for the only three product manufacturers remaining in trial in the latest bellwether trial in the multi-district litigation. Byers v. Lincoln Electric Co., et al., No. 1:04-CV-17033 [MDL No. 1535; No. 1:03-CV-17000] (N.D. Ohio).

The verdict in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio was announced on Nov. 26

The nine-member jury unanimously found for Lincoln Electric Co., Hobart Brothers and ESAB Group.
