WILMINGTON, Del. - A Delaware trial court has granted summary judgment to two chemical manufacturers after finding insufficient evidence that either had supplied chemicals that could have injured a customer's employee. Herring v. Ashland Inc., et al., No. 06C-05-297-BEN (Del. Super. Ct., New Castle Cty.).

New Castle County (Del.) Superior Court Judge Jan Jurden ruled in separate orders that Sunoco Inc. and Shell Oil Co. were each entitled to summary judgment on product identification grounds.
