CLEVELAND - One of six lead plaintiffs in class actions removed to the federal welding multi-district litigation has filed an amended complaint, as ordered, dropping his class claims but reasserting allegations that he would not have exposed himself to the hazards of manganese fumes if product manufacturers had provided adequate warnings. In Re: Welding Fume Product Liability Litigation, No. 1:03-CV-17000 [McCairo, et al. v. Lincoln Electric, et al., No. 1:05-17527] (N.D. Ohio).
