Judge Remands Calif. Case for Trial Purposes

OAKLAND - The judge presiding over California's coordinated welding products docket has remanded Thomas v. A.O. Smith from the coordinated proceeding to Alameda County Superior Court, saying the move will facilitate pre-trial motions and potential appeals as a single case.
