OAKLAND - The judge presiding over California's coordinated welding products docket has remanded Thomas v. A.O. Smith from the coordinated proceeding to Alameda County Superior Court, saying the move will facilitate pre-trial motions and potential appeals as a single case. In re Welding Product Cases, No. JCCP4368 [Thomas v. A.O. Smith, Alameda Cty. Case No. RG06272122] (Calif. Super. Ct., Alameda Cty.).
