KANSAS CITY, Mo. - A former gunsmith and machinist who defendants said did not include enough specific information in his complaint has responded by claiming he went above and beyond what is required by Missouri law to plead with sufficient particularity. Herod v. Pangborn Corp., et al., No. 0716-CV36788 (Mo. Cir. Ct., Jackson Cty.).
David Herod argues in an Oct. 10 response filed in the Jackson County Circuit Court to Pangborn Corp.'s motion for a more definite statement and judgment on the pleadings that Pangborn offered no evidence that it is entitled to either.
