Parties in Calif. Case Prepare for December Trial Date

OAKLAND, Calif. - Parties in an upcoming welding fumes trial in California state court filed a joint case management statement on Oct. 3, agreeing on a pre-trial schedule for motions in limine, jury instructions and other matters.
