Defendant Says Court Should Reject Early Silica Settlement Agreement

LOS ANGELES - A California silica defendant is urging a trial court judge to reject a nearly $41,000 settlement agreement between plaintiffs and a co-defendant, claiming it may have been part of a packaged deal and was reached without knowing the value of the plaintiffs' claims.
