Defendants Oppose Reconsideration of Ruling in Ala. Silica Case

COLUMBIANA, Ala. - Several defendants have opposed a silica plaintiff's motion to reconsider an Alabama trial court decision that the plaintiff said failed to give full faith and credit to Mississippi case law that would have allowed her extra time to file the claim.
