ST. LOUIS, Mo. - Three more workers who claimed they were exposed to silica during the manufacture of roofing shingles at a plant owned by ISP Minerals have sued the makers of respiratory protection devices they wore while employed there. Risher v. 3M Co., et al., No. 08-01218; Midkiff v. 3M Co., et al., No. 08-01219(E.D. Mo.)
