KANSAS CITY, Mo. - A silica defendant in Missouri has filed a motion for judgment on the pleadings in a case brought by former gunsmith and machinist, arguing that the complaint doesn't include information specific enough to defend the allegations. Herod v. Pangborn Corp., et al., No. 0716-CV36788 (Mo. Cir. Ct., Jackson Cty.).
