JACKSON, Miss. - The Mississippi Supreme Court on Aug. 14 dismissed interlocutory appeals of a trial judge's refusal to grant summary judgment to defendants on aiding and abetting causes of action, citing plaintiffs' agreement to drop the claims. Caterpillar, Inc., et al. v. White, et al., No. 2006-IA-01678-SCT and A.O. Smith Corp., et al. v. Thompson, No. 2006-IA01682-SCT (Miss. Sup. Ct.).
