Byers Defendants Submit Supplemental Witness Lists in Latest Filings

CLEVELAND - MDL Defendants preparing for trial in the next bellwether case submitted supplemental witness lists in August that include representatives of Sandvik Inc. and Westinghouse Electric Corp., and other experts in the design and manufacture of welding consumables. Byers v. Lincoln Electric Co., et al., No. 1:04-cv-17033 [MDL No. 1535] (N.D. Ohio).

Lincoln Electric Co. and other defendants in the lawsuit brought by Eddie Byers filed a Fifth Supplemental Fact Witness Disclosure on Aug. 15, and followed with a Sixth Disclosure on Aug. 18.
