OAKLAND, Calif. -- A California court has ordered the production of all documents related to a defense medical examination where a silica plaintiff contends he was battered by a defense-hired pulmonologist. Macias v. Lone Star Industries, et al., No. RG05-210491 (Calif. Super. Ct., Alameda Cty.).
In an Aug. 20 notice of entry of order, the Alameda County Superior Court asked Clemco Industries Corp. to submit defense medical examination reports in reference to silica plaintiff Ramon Macias.
The court ordered Clemco to produce all reports, records and notes dealing with the defenses medical examination of Macias.
