KANSAS CITY, Mo. - A state court judge has denied a motion for summary judgment filed by Pulmosan Safety Equipment Corp. in which the company argued that a sandblaster who said he wore a device that looked similar to one made by the company shouldn't be able to proceed with his claim on such a vague recollection. Hardy v. American Optical, et al., No. 0516-CV27381 (Mo. Cir. Ct., Jackson Cty.).
