COLUMBIANA, Ala. - A silica plaintiff whose case was dismissed as time-barred has asked an Alabama judge to reconsider the decision, claiming that the court failed to recognize a Mississippi Supreme Court ruling that would have forced a waiver of all statute of limitations issues in her case.
