Case Scheduled for February Trial in Ohio is Withdrawn

CLEVELAND - An Ohio welding fumes case that was scheduled for trial in February has been voluntarily dismissed by the plaintiff. Rector v. Lincoln Electric Co., et al., No. CV-04-546711 [Consolidated Case No. 531703] (Ohio Ct. Comm. Pls., Cuyahoga Cty.).

The Notice of Voluntary Dismissal was filed on behalf of Richard V. Rector on Aug. 4.
